Our team is growing as the years pass but please note, not everyone is suited to dealing with our clients and our teachers are subject to a strict selection process.
First of all, they teach their mother tongue, that of the country where they grew up. This is an essential requirement, but not the only one… Most of them have the qualifications to teach their language as a foreign language.
They all have experience in teaching adults and are capable of managing various types of learners (employees, managers, freelancers), career types (commercial, administrative, engineers…) and fields of activity. Most of them have worked in companies in a previous professional life and are therefore familiar with the codes, the workings and the operational side of corporate life and obviously, they are recruited for their know-how, their inter-personal skills and their ability to adapt…
They undergo regular training and we occasionally visit them during one of their lessons. This allows us to observe their teaching practices and to apprehend their know-how and their approach, which then allow us to discern which one of them can best satisfy your requirements, in terms of their teaching approach and their personality.
